St. Joe Pilates is a private boutique studio specializing primarily in one-on-one instruction. Our private sessions incorporate the full range of authentic Pilates apparatus, including the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, High Chair, Ladder Barrel, and Small Barrels.
Through personalized, hands-on instruction, each session is thoughtfully tailored to the client’s individual needs, goals, and skill level. This focused approach allows us to support proper form, build strength and balance, and help each client progress with confidence through the Classical Pilates method.
